We are Conyer’s premier school of athletic performance! CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive.
Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
CrossFit Conyers will help shape and strengthen the bodies and minds of its Athletes through Metabolic Conditioning and Strength Training. Utilizing the methods of CrossFit, the CrossFit Conyers Athlete will reach a physical preparedness and mental toughness that will transcend into every aspect of their life.
CrossFit Conyers will provide a safe environment for our clients to experience the rewarding community of CrossFit. The staff will coach and teach in a caring and ethical manner while pushing and motivating those that have entrusted us with their investment of time and money.
